Nairobi Now

Nairobi Now is a space where various activities and events taking place in and around Nairobi are posted to create awareness among active seekers about the local arts and culture scene.

This blog is regularly maintained by a core group of administrators and contributors. Reader participation is encouraged in order to make this the most comprehensive source of its kind. However, the administrators reserve the right to remove irrelevant, erroneous and offensive postings as they see fit. Nairobi Now is not a place to post personal journal entries or to advertise private parties and functions. It is also not a place for commercial advertisement of local businesses.

For your convenience, events have been categorized by type. To supplement the contents of the site, we have included links to other relevant websites.

We look forward to receiving your feedback and, of course, any additional event information you may have. Just email them to us at nairobinow [at] gmail.com

Ghandi said, albeit in a different context, that “no culture can live if it attempts to be exclusive.” So keep on enjoying, expanding – and sharing with others – the Nairobi cultural scene.
