Yunasi, the 2004 Kora Award Nominees and the 2007 winners of the BBC Next Big Thing return to the Alliance Française with their signature sytle ‘Sesube’, a combination of Sega, Isikuti and Benga.Yunais is made up of Tobias Imani (guitar, voice), Erick Odhiambo (calabas, voice), Ngalah Oreyo (nyatiti, voice) and Simon Maranga (percussions, voice). The band will be accompanied by bass, drums and keyboard.
The band will surprise the audiences with flavours from their fourth album, Sesube Sound System that they are currently working on.
