At the closing event of the Festival of Solos and Duets, G.I. present a performance by DJ Soumez and DJ El Coca who were invited by the Austrian Embassy Nairobi.

In fall of 2003, the Vienna based DJs/producers teamed up to start their electronic music project Alien Entertainment. Their focus lies on a seamless blending of different electronic styles and hypnotizing the audience with their sonic moodscapes.

Soul, Funk and Hip-Hop as well as Drum ‘n’ Bass, House and Techno or Reggae, Dub and Ragga are their musical origins and therefore the major influences in Alien Entertainment’s Productions.

This event is brought by Goethe Institut Nairobi in cooperation with the Austrian Embassy Nairobi.

CLUBARN at the Ngong Racecourse will be hosting this year’s Trick or Treat event in massive style. Expect a electric lighting display and the mind blowing 6:AM Sound System giving you thousands of watts of pure Dance Music fodder.

As usual, the dress code is strict this year. FANCY DRESS! Be creative and come out in your best costume to stand a chance to win lots of prizes.

Note: If you have difficulty making an outfit, you can hire one from Total Escapade, located inside Braeburn Prep School on Gitanga Road.

This year’s event will have a very German flavour as we welcome the master of Trance Music, #69th DJ in the world (www.djmag.net), DJ RONSKI SPEED. His first time ever in Nairobi, he is looking forward to meeting the Kenyan fans and blasting the night away with his exclusive 2 hour long set. Be warned, his elegant fusion of Tech Trance, Progressive, House, and Electro makes him one of the most sought after names in the industry.

He will receive support from 6:AM’s First Class: MIKHAIL KUZI, DJ K, DJ DRAZEN, JAHAWI and BARNEY BARROW. The local boys are known for putting on their signature performances so hold your breath for this one!
