In order to attend the Aikido Demonstration & Workshop, kindly note that it will be necessary to register beforehand. To register, send an email with your name, ID Number and contact details to jinfocul@nb.mofa.go.jp or call 020-2898510.

The deadline for registration is Wednesday, February 17, 2016. As the available seating is limited, kindly note that registration will be done on a ‘first come first served basis’ and may close well before the deadline.

The Embassy of Japan in Kenya is organizing a Poster Exhibition titled “70 Years Later: Atomic Bombs in Hiroshima and Nagasaki”.
Details of the Exhibition are as follows;

Date: 15 September 2015 to 18 September 2015
Time: During our official working hours, that is:
Monday to Friday
Morning: 8.00 am – 12.30 pm
Afternoon: 1.30 pm – 4.45 pm
Venue: Japan Information and Culture Centre, Embassy of Japan (Mara Road, Upper Hill)
Entry Free*

In addition to the Poster exhibition, there will be two DVDs illustrating the impact of atomic bombs and an opportunity to make cranes with Origami (traditional Japanese paper folding craft) with the help from an exhibition organizer to pray for peace.
