Viz’ions- XP by Peter Nkoghé (Gabon): An introspective solo which “embodies the unknown visions” of Peter Nkoghé and “expresses angst and snatches of answers that are constructed and deconstructed over time.” The set design serves as a frame and surface upon which these visions are projected: images of a TV test card, filmed and abstract, of lines and shimmering water which are shown against a cardboard wall board and the dancer’s silhouette.
Recto Verso by Julie Iarisoa (Madagascar): Highlights of the difference that binds two beings that are separated by everything else.
