Registration, collection of race numbers, payment 06.30am – 07.30am (Mnarani Club Football Field)
Race briefing 07.45am – 08.00am (Mnarani Beach)
Race start (swim) 08.00am (Mnarani Beach)
Race finish by 11.30am (Mnarani Club Football Field)
Awards for race winners 12.00 – 12.30 (Mnarani Club Football Field)
Celebratory Beach BBQ for all 1.00pm onward (Mnarani Club Beach)
After Party – Music and dancing from 6:00pm at Distant Relatives Backpackers

Entry fee:
Individuals – Kes 2,000
Teams of 2-3 people – Kes 3,000 per team
Corporate-sponsored teams – Kes 3,000 per team

Distances: 750m swim in Kilifi Creek, 20km bike ride and 5km run on Kilifi Plantations, with a hint of adventure thrown in.

Kicking off with some sophisticated Flamenco and Gypsy Jazz our own Roberto J Rose will be on the acoustic guitar while we are munching on our delicious wood-fired Pizza!
Then our favourite bass badman Dread Steppawill spin some of his trademark blend of roots, reggae, dancehall and bass. Altogether accompanied by the lovely Mwanase, her fire dancing and LED hooping display! Joined by Paolo from the Musafir for a fire duo! – Bring the family and let’s get Irie!
