Comedian, rapper, mechanic and poet, Kevin Waithaka is a jack of all trades and master of them all. Whether performing with a Kikuyu accent as Man Njoro or as the polished Nemesis, Kevin’s wit and lyricism is highly entertaining. A collaboration with rapper Rabbit on Uko Sure showed his talent for crafty storytelling.KIU
Inspired by singers like Zahara, Asa and India Arie, Kenyan songstresses, Tracy, Rosa and Pauline are fast-rising trio, Kiu. Here to quench Nairobi’s unquenchable thirst for quality music, Kiu blends its harmonies effortlessly, each with their own unique voice and unmatched musical ability. Past performances include Brew Bistro’s Oktoberfest, World Music Day (Fete de la Musique) at Alliance Francaise, Ndovu Zetu/Blankets and Wine at the UN recreational grounds, among others.

Michel Ongaro is a seasoned guitarist and musician whose skills span across a wide music spectrum. Born and raised in Nairobi Kenya, the singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and music coach, has been active in the music scene since 2002.Together with his band sentaline, he will be sharing his rich music, a fusion of various styles mainly African, jazz and latin rhythms live at Tamambo Village market on the 9th of April from 8 pm.
Charges are 500bob per person at the gate.
