The Nairobi Performance Series is a co-production platform that aims to support new productions with a cross-disciplinary working approach. This approach will be enhanced this year by ways of dedicating every edition to specific genre. Therefore the June edition will feature choreographers and photo-/videographers. The series will be held 3 times a year, each edition producing new works, which is inspired by intensive processes initiated by cross-genre meetings.The series provides an opportunity for performers, choreographers and creators to develop ideas, build on their skills and collective experiences to find new working models/approaches.
The selected work to be performed is called Mindscapes and was developed by Adam Chienjo, Dina Abok, Lenny Njagih and Melisa Allela.
