Synopsis
Dora-Heita features a street-wise magistrate battling a corrupt establishment. The new magistrate is known as Dora Heita, the ‘Alley-cat Magistrate’, on account of his debauched lifestyle. In his unique way which was contrary to the samurai code, he cleans up the town of the yakuza bosses and the courtiers who are in cahoots with them. He is a one of a kind hero people long for today.
