Safaricom are looking for Artists and Bands to perform in the 2015 Safaricom International Jazz Festival, alongside a stellar Cast of Musicians from around the World.
Auditions are taking place tomorrow Saturday and Sunday (9am-4pm) at the Michael Joseph Centre, Safaricom House, Waiyaki Way, Nairobi.

Picasso in Kenia is an exciting and original collaboration between The Theatre Company of Kenya and the Dutch company, TiNaNiNaNi.
Originally written by their director, Ari Peterse, the performance examines the connections between the work and ideas of the most talked-about artist of the 20th Century, Pablo Picasso, and African art, using a combination of pathos, humour and music.
The piece has been explored and developed with the current TTC Training group, Dianna Kameta, Sunday Ndambia, Mvavu Eve-Onne, Eric Wanyama Wanyonyi and Martin Kigondu, along with Checkmate Mido , Sylviah Namusasi , Catherine Enane and Beryle Chebet. The TiNaNiNaNi members are Frans Siekman, Susan van Hulst, Fonge Frieling, Kamee Frieling and Jasper Valent.

Interacteam Media AND Spielworks Media have put up the play GITHAA – Validating dreams. It will be staged at Italian Institute of Culture (Opp. Jacaranda hotel in Westlands) on the 8th , 9th, 10th of August 2014 , at 7 pm.
The play has an experienced and talented cast ! Christine Savane, Lydia Gitachu , Bilal Mwaura, Helena Waithera, Willy Rama, Maryanne Nungo, Melvin Alusa, Iddi Achien’g and Rogers Otieno.
