Ruth Nyakundi started painting when she was a child. In her paintings, she expresses her thoughts, dreams, and emotions, deriving inspiration from the world and projecting them in various mediums. Her art has evolved over the years, in the process she has become an accomplished and prolific artist exhibiting world over.In this exhibition ‘Culture and Values’ Ruth explores traditional virtues that are deeply rooted in Africa and that are still applicable in the way of thinking today.
