     Kifaru Gardens is in Lavington. Coming from Westlands, take James Gichuru Rd. at ABC place, then take the first left: Kanjata Rd. You’ll find Kifaru Gardens immediately on your right. Check out this map

     The Kinanda Festival does not have a ‘no pet policy’ as per my observations. However, should that change will surely let you know.
