About Richard Britten-Long
Richard was brought up in Kenya and has more than 40 years of capital markets experience. He was the CEO Wichford Property Management Ltd, building $1 billion Funds Under Management (FUM) between 2003 and 2007, entirely focused on government occupiers in the UK and Europe. The company successfully listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) in 2006.Richard is also the founder of Laird Finance Group, a property structured finance placement house. He speaks fluent Swahili.
